In 2008 I, along with many others around the world, was shocked and awed by my first glimpse of Hitomi Tanaka! Very few artists of any field have left such a lasting impression on me and have continued to surprise, engage and win the hearts of their fans on such a regular basis. Ms. Tanaka is a rare breed of artist, one who manages to combine a near perfect blend of natural ability and individuality that is ignited through hard work and dedication to her craft. In this video I've tried my best to tell a story, showing a journey of Hitomi’s development through the years of her career as an actress. No single compilation could truly capture the essence of her career, there is just too much material, but I hope to showcase just a few of her performance achievements and give a sense of her immense talent and beauty that goes far beyond her uniquely jaw-dropping figure.
