Ti Chang and her iconic vibrator that women love to flaunt
Once used as a medical device to cure female hysteria, whatever the fuck that means, vibrators are now a standard sexual device in the homes of many women and nonbinary people. Vibrators stimulate the erogenous zones around the vulva and inside the vagina, allowing women to orgasm. Some women find vibrators much more effective in helping them orgasm than masturbating with their hands or having sex with their male partners. So it looks like vibrators are here to stay unless Republicans want to outlaw them. We wouldn't put it past Congress to try and do so. For the past few years, a revolutionary vibrator has been helping women achieve orgasms and improving the way they view their own sexuality. The amazing customizable vibrator was created by the sexologist Ti Chang.
Who is Ti Chang?
Originally from Taipei in Taiwan, her family moved to the United States when she was only six. After the move, she grew up in Johns Creek, Georgia. Chang grew up in a city with less than 100,000 people, so she learned about American culture from a traditional and conservative part of the United States.
After graduating high school, she went to Georgia Tech and received her Bachelor's of Science. Then she attended the Royal College of Art in London and received her Masters of Arts in product design. Initially, she never wanted to enter the tech industry, but she said in an interview that she wanted to solve problems for women. She realized that she would have to get familiar with technology to help women. But she doesn't view herself as part of the tech industry. Since the company is centered around pleasure and sex, she views her company as part of the love industry.
The importance of acceptance
The culture of Taiwan and the United States is not kind towards single women past a certain age. So not only did she have to deal with the negative culture of the United States, but she also how to deal with how Taiwanese culture oppressed women. While she learned about US culture from her environment, her Taiwanese culture came directly from her parents. In Taiwanese culture, after 35, women are no longer viable women. She says that women just expire at the age of 35. They're destined to die as an old sad, miserable spinster. The culture of the US and its media is similar to Taiwanese culture. After 30 years old, many people believe that a woman must rush to get married and have a child. After 35, she is quickly hurtling towards singleton for the rest of her life.
The ways single women are viewed in both of these cultures put a tremendous amount of pressure on Chang. After breaking up with her boyfriend of 6 years, she found herself in a deep and dark depression. This major breakup happened when she was 37 years old, and she was dreading talking to her parents about the singleness. But something changed.
A defining moment of her life was when her father told her that she was doing something right regarding her love life. Her father went on to say that he would rather not get married or have children if he could do life over again. Knowing that her father accepted her singleness and viewed it as something positive rather than something shameful and negative was a true turning point for her. She even said that she instantly viewed herself in a different light.
This is how she realized that it was not the internal pressure of not being married that made her depressed but external pressure from other people and her two cultures that were weighing her down. And if this is what it was like to be a woman, then what was it like to be a woman who believed the lies surrounding female sexuality?
What is her company all about?
There are many sex toy designers worldwide, but few are as innovative and creative as the gorgeous Ti Chang. She is the vice president of design at her company, and she is the founder of it as well. Her company is called Crave. It is a sex toy company created in San Francisco.
The company aims to build complex and gorgeous sex toys as beautiful and unique as its customers. Purchasing a sex toy should not be done in the dead of night, in some gross and seedy sex shop. Human sexuality is beautiful, and the sex toy buying experience needs to reflect that. We as human beings need to have an uplifted sense of sexuality and how we pleasure ourselves.
The products are created and manufactured in a small micro Factory in San Francisco. The design team that creates these sex toys is mostly women.
Crave is known for many firsts, including the world's first crowdfunded vibrator and the customizable and buildable vibrator. Customers could walk into the Crave Factory and design their own unique vibrator. The only limit was their imagination.
As you can see, Ti Chang and her company Crave are making waves in the adult toy industry.
Which of Crave's products is driving women wild?
It is not so much a single product driving the new wild as it is the entire product line. The design of craves sex toys is minimalistic, sleep, and discreet. You won't find the massive thrusting vibrators found on Adam and Eve at the Crave online store. Most of the vibrators sold on the Crave online store don't look anything like vibrators at all.
Some people might think that the vibrators are small pens or even lipstick. It's only when they press the button, and the vibrator starts moving that they realize what they have in their hand.
But if we could highlight Crave's best product that continues to wow their customers, it would be their customizable vibrator.
It was the first vibrator in the world to be completely customizable. Not only does the customer get control over how their vibrator is shaped, but they can also program its vibrational pattern, including the strength of the vibration as well as the speed. This was and still is a revolutionary tool. Customers can even download the app onto their computers and program new vibrational patterns.
The company Crave wanted to get the word out about their build-your-own vibrators again when the pandemic hit, so they hosted a Zoom party with six individuals who all wanted to create their specialized vibrators. The company mailed a large kit to each of the six people in the zone party, and together they built their vibrators which took about half an hour. Their party was a major success, and they now offer Zoom building sessions for a small group of people every couple of weeks.
Tips on using a vibrator
If you have been thinking of buying to enhance your sex life, then we here at Eporner are excited for you! Using a vibrator on yourself or allowing a partner to use a vibrator on you is one of the most fun sexual experiences you'll ever have. All of the ladies, and even some men and non-binary employees who work here at Eporner, enjoy using vibrators.
No matter what kind of vibrator you use, there are a few simple rules and tips to make your experience more pleasurable.
First, when you remove your vibrator from its box, you need to wash it. You can put soap and water on a let's go and make it down and gently scrub the device for a couple of seconds. Do not submerge the vibrator in water unless it is 100% waterproof. This is just to make sure the vibrator is clean, so it doesn't mess with the pH of your vaginal canal and vulva.
Second, when you turn the vibrator on, get used to all the different settings. Don't just turn it on and immediately place it onto your genitals. We know you're excited, but remember that you have all night. Let your body get used to the vibrations. Also, don't forget that every woman is different, so a very soft vibration to one woman might be too stimulating for another.
Third, consider using a bit of lube when you're finally ready to play with your vibrator and yourself. This is just so the vibrator can move and slide easier around your bits. Feel free to explore all of the different settings your vibrator has. You can also use it in other parts of your body, like the thighs and your breasts. If you have a partner, ask them to use the vibrator on you. For added fun, place a blindfold over your eyes so you cannot see what your partner is about to do to you.
Remember that vibrators are all about pleasure, and your pleasure is important to both your sexuality and mental health.
3 Stupid myths about vibrators
Like everything else it has to do with sex, there are some pretty stupid and nasty myths about vibrators. So we decided to dedicate a section of this article to those myths so we can break them and free you from negative and shameful thinking.
Myth #1: using a vibrator makes a woman a whore.
This is not true. Do you know exactly what makes a woman a whore? We are not sure we know the answer to this question because every person out there has a different opinion of women and their sexuality and what turns a woman into a whore, and none of it is consistent. There are men out there calling women whores because a woman doesn't want to go on a date with him. Men even call women whores when they beat them in video games. The term whore is used so much that it doesn't even make sense anymore. But typically, a woman becomes a whore when she sleeps with too many men. But a vibrator is not a man, so that doesn't make any sense.
Myth #2: If a woman uses a vibrator, she is lonely and miserable.
I believe this is a myth perpetuated by lonely men who see women having a great time orgasming thanks to their amazing vibrators and feel hatred towards them. Women who purchase vibrators want to have orgasms, and that's it. While there are tons of jokes aimed at men for masturbating, none of them has to do with their loneliness. Nobody says a man is masturbating because he is lonely. But a woman chooses to purchase a vibrator, and suddenly she is a sad and lonely spinster with 100 cats. If a woman is using a vibrator rather than going out on dates meeting men, then one has to wonder about the quality of men in her area. Human beings evolved to make connections with other human beings. But if a woman chooses a mechanical object over a man, that must mean the mechanical object is much more agreeable than a man.
Myth #3: If someone uses a sex toy while they are in a relationship, they are cheating on their partner.
This myth is born from jealousy. If a person has a sex toy, the other partner who is not as open-minded as the other will believe that they will enjoy using the sex toy over them. But there are millions of couples that love using sex toys on each other. If you think that sex toys are cheating, do you also have you masturbating as cheating? If you have a partner who continuously chooses to use their sex toy or vibrator instead of having sex with you, then that means there is a problem in the relationship. While using a vibrator instead of having sex with their partner is not cheating, it does damage a relationship because you don't care about your partner's sexual pleasure, only your own.
Conclusion
It looks like teaching is doing her best to empower women and help them achieve orgasms. Fighting the stigmatization of being a single woman is difficult, but society must realize that being single is perfectly fine. Single people do not want to be paired with just anyone. They want someone who improves their life. Forcing women to get married will not improve society and does nothing for the institution of marriage. All women must be empowered in both their personhood and their sexual pleasure. Every time a woman finds her first vibrator, society improves on behalf of women.
