Da Vinci Resolve. I use the paid version which allows me to use DCTLs (basically user-created plugins that give me a little extra flexibility), but the free version is super flexible and will let you do a lot. All of it's done on the color page using all kinds of weird techniques, some of which borrowed from color correction channels on Youtube but most the result of "hey, I wonder if this would work" experimentation.
