New responsive site design
Eporner.com has just launched a full responsive design. We noticed a change in the manner of displaying the website, as one of the first. The variety of devices and changes in the standards of displaying websites made us decide to be one of the first to introduce a fully responsive design. Currently, Eporner.com is a fully responsive, high performance platform optimized for a mighty number of devices. The page is displayed correctly in any environment, on all devices and at any resolution. This ensures that video, contents and ads are displayed correctly.
What does “responsive design” mean?
A responsive design is a page design that is reactive, uses media and relative unit queries, apparently combining the concepts of adaptive design and fluid design. When the browser narrows or increases in width, the reactive design contracts in the same way as the liquid design. But in the event that the browser exceeds the specified widths defined by breakpoints for media queries, then the layout will change more drastically to adjust the narrow or broad width. Flexible web design is a web design method aimed at enabling desktop pages to be viewed in response to the size of the screen or web browser.
Moreover, it's very important to know that Responsive Web Design tasks include offering exactly the same support for different devices to get one website. Flexible web design is becoming more and more important because the amount of mobile traffic accounts for more than half of the total network traffic. So Google announced Mobilegeddon (21 April 2015) and began to raise ratings for websites that are mobile-friendly if the search was done from a mobile device.
