We achieved parity. Currently, more than 50% of employees are women
At the beginning of this quarter, we conducted statistical surveys of our employees, which allowed us to come to some interesting conclusions that we want to share with you. If we take into account employment statistics, we believe we are heading in the right direction, and the conclusions resulting from the management of human resources show that even in such a difficult industry as IT, social goals are achievable.
It turns out that more than 50% of employees are women. And we are not talking only about the general number of employees in the company but also about the structure at all levels of employment. More than half of a women are employed at low, middle and high level positions. We also took into account the structure of remuneration in the company. At the basic level, women earn on average 7% more than men, among middle-level staff there is 0% discrepancy (due to the rigid salary framework), and at the highest level, women earn 3% more than men.
We hope that we will become a role model, as this structure of employment responds to the need of preserving social justice and non-discrimination because of sex both in terms of employment and remuneration for women and men.
That’s great. Awesome. I like you to always remember what I say here. Just because one of the baddies/rotten ones is a former SO of mine. I have always tried to keep that in mind. And what I felt or say about her. I don’t apply them to all women. So based on your report her. I do agree that yes. We are going in the right direction. The right direction is trying to be as equal as possible. I will not assume that all women are like her. And please believe me when I say,-“I don’t treat all women as I do to her nor do I say the things I say to all women the things I say to her. So that should show what type of man I am and say something’s about her. We are not the same and you are not the same also. Progress is good. No matter how small. Let’s keep up the hard work and keep our minds and heart clear of sexually biased thoughts and feels. So we can continue to word hard toward an equal tomorrow. No matter if we are straight or one of the LGBQTIA. Thank you all and have a good night.
